Ashlee has been involved in competitive sport her entire life. She spent all of her childhood and adolescent years as an elite gymnast and then found CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting in her early twenties. Ashlee loves the variance of movements and the mental and physical challenge that comes with every workout. In 2018 she achieved her goal of competing at the CrossFit Games with her team. Ashlee loves helping others achieve things they never thought was possible, she has an eye for detail and applies a strong focus on technique and movement patterns

HEAD COACH
Jimmy started in fitness almost two decades ago, with a sporting background in competitive Cricket; he then went on to founding his own gym 'Box4Fitness' in Gurjarat, India. With over 10 years experience in conducting personal and group training sessions, Jimmy is a knowledgeable and passionate coach dedicated to transforming lives through fitness. WEIGHTLIFTING COACH/FITNESS COACH
Luis was introduced to functional fitness in 2012 and has used this methodology as a base for his training ever since. Luis is particularly passionate about Olympic weightlifting and has competed nationally and internationally, representing his country at age group levels. Luis has been a functional fitness coach since 2015, specialising in weightlifting, and has coached athletes to national and international competitions who have gone on to become national record holders.

FITNESS COACH
Jules began her fitness journey through MMA in 2013. After years training MMA she was curious in alternative fitness regimes when she developed an interest for Crossfit in 2019. She fell in love with the constantly varied movements of CrossFit and was impressed with how quickly her overall strength improved through Olympic Weightlifting. Influenced by her passion to be stronger and move better, she completed her CF-L1 certification in 2022. Since obtaining her CF-L1, Jules has been combining coaching and her experience as a health professional to help others on their fitness journeys to exercise with fewer injuries; all while getting stronger and feeling better everyday.
